Email questions or privacy requests to contact@portdaywise.com. The contact@portdaywise.com and support@portdaywise.com addresses are aliases delivered to one Google Workspace inbox used by the publisher for both Port Day Wise and Travel Club Review. They are not separate mailboxes or separate storage systems.

Information involved when you browse

Loading a website requires your browser to communicate with the hosting infrastructure. Technical information can include an IP address, requested resource, request time and browser or device information. Hosting and security systems may retain access and error logs to deliver the site, detect abuse and diagnose problems.

Port Day Wise uses WordPress, Hostinger hosting/tools and LiteSpeed Cache. Hosting-level access information is separate from an optional advertising pixel or a visitor questionnaire. We do not describe all technical records as anonymous or claim that browsing involves no data processing.

Information you choose to provide

If you correspond with the publisher, we receive the name, contact details and message you choose to provide. We use that information to handle the inquiry, investigate a correction or address a privacy request. A correspondence address shared with another publication does not make a message a newsletter subscription.

Please omit payment-card information, passwords, passport copies and unnecessary booking documents. Contacting us does not send a cancellation request to your ticket provider.

The comparison and information pages have no public account-registration requirement, contact form, file-upload form, newsletter signup or checkout. Comments and public registration are closed.

Cookies, site features and optional tracking

WordPress authentication and administrative preferences can use cookies for authorized site administrators. Hosting, security and caching features may also use technical cookies as required by their configuration. Ordinary readers do not need an account to read the comparison.

The publication does not currently use Google Analytics/Tag Manager, Meta advertising pixels or AdSense. Hostinger Reach is inactive, and no newsletter signup is offered on these pages. Hosting-level access information is still involved in delivering and protecting the site.

Advertising, optional analytics, email marketing or other new integrations require an updated notice and any required choices before activation. We do not infer consent from merely opening a page.

The website does not implement a special response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. We do not use these pages to build cross-site advertising profiles. You can use your browser settings to restrict or clear cookies.

Planning information and external websites

You can read the comparison without entering trip details. The public site does not offer a planning-data intake or file-upload feature. Information or documents you choose to send by email become part of that correspondence; please omit unnecessary sensitive details.

Following a link to an operator, booking provider or another publication takes you to a service with its own data practices. That includes TravelClubReview.com despite the shared publisher. We do not treat another website’s privacy policy or cookie controls as if they automatically cover this one.

Service providers and other disclosures

Hosting and technical providers process information needed to run and protect the site. Google Workspace handles email delivery and storage for correspondence sent to the publisher’s email addresses. Correspondence may also need appropriate administrative handling. We may disclose relevant information when required by law or when necessary to address abuse or protect the site and people involved.

We do not offer visitor information for purchase or use these custom pages for cross-site behavioral advertising. An unconfigured marketing feature is not permission to enroll correspondents in marketing lists.

Provider processing may occur outside your country. Hostinger’s and Google’s applicable service agreements and notices describe their processing and safeguards. We do not promise that all information is stored in one country. Those provider notices do not replace this publisher notice.

Retention and security

Our retention policy is to keep correspondence as needed to handle the matter, retain a relevant record of action taken, meet applicable obligations or address a legitimate dispute. Hosting logs and backups follow the provider’s operational retention and the services configured for the site. Removing a message or working copy does not mean every backup copy is erased immediately.

We use restricted administrative access and HTTPS for this site. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary correspondence.

Questions, choices and requests

You can email contact@portdaywise.com or write to the publisher address above to ask about information concerning you or request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Describe the request and the information concerned. Proportionate identity checks may be needed to avoid disclosing information to the wrong person. Applicable law can require retaining some records or limit a particular request.

The publication is intended for adults planning travel, not as a service directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the publisher, raise it through the correspondence details above.

Changes to this notice

This notice shows its effective or updated date above. Material changes will be described in a prominent site notice as appropriate, with additional notice or consent where required. New data-collection features are reviewed before they are enabled.
